Ennerdale Cycle Track makes a perfect venue for this welcoming, club-run event. Any ability, any bike (REMEMBER YOUR HELMET), any age 15+ (age on 31/12/22) - everyone is encouraged to come along and have a go at this little duathlon event.2 lap run, 5 lap bike, 1 lap run. Each lap is 1km. Start time 9.00am (register from 8.30am). Spectators are welcome.
